MPC's 150 Series Index Table Multi-Function Blocking Machines have set the industry standard for performance and high productivity for almost 30 years. In a single machine cycle, a 150 Series Blocker with multi-station index table automatically spikes and flares the windings, sequentially massages and compresses the end turns to predetermined dimensions, sets all wedges to back of slots and unloads the finished part to a conveyor. All machine functions are simultaneous.

To make the 150 Series completely operator-free, an optional automatic stator load attachment is available.

All MPC 150 Series Index Table Blockers are designed with cast platen and column construction that provides maximum rigidity and assures accurate machine and tooling alignment for years to come.

Our uniquely designed tooling, coupled with the sequential actuation of tooling, massages the magnet wire into a homogenous shape by progressive wire displacement, thereby avoiding damage to the wire and wire insulation. For high-slot-fill stators with tight final form dimensions, models with individual cuff support finger protection are available. The individual cuff support finger maximizes the protection of the slot cell insulation by maintaining clearance between the iron and the windings, which also assures adequate clearance for the lacing needle.
