The MPC 320 series Stator Coil Injectors are rugged, high production machines. The wedge maker and injector mechanisms are assembled on a heavy duty steel frame. The wedge feed system is driven by a stepper motor and the basic machine functions are controlled by a state-of-the-art programmable controller.

The standard MPC Model 320-C1 uses a modular "slide out" tooling design. This permits complete accessibility to all machine mechanisms including injection and wedgemaker tooling. The tooling can be removed by loosening two bolts, pulling two slip pins and sliding the tooling out of the machine.
